How I handle your details

This page explains, in plain language, what Dominika Creates does with the small amount of information you share on this website. Last updated September 2026.

Who I am

This site and its books are published under the name Dominika Creates. If you would like to ask about your information, please use the contact form on the home page.

What I collect, and why

  • Your email address and name, when you get the free sample or buy an ebook. These are handled by Gumroad, who also act as the seller of record for purchases. I never see your card details, and I receive only the information needed to deliver the ebook, to email you about it, and to help you if something goes wrong.
  • Your email address, when you sign up for the newsletter on this site, so that I can tell you about new Dominika Creates books. I only email you because you asked me to.
  • Your name, email address, and message, when you use the contact form, so that I can reply.

Who else handles your information

  • Gumroad, which processes payments, delivers the ebook and the free sample, and sends emails to people who have downloaded or bought them.
  • FormSubmit, which passes the forms on this website to my inbox.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website.
  • Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser contacts Google’s servers when a page loads.
  • Amazon, if you follow a link to buy a paperback, in which case Amazon’s own privacy notice applies.

I do not sell your information, and I do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email I send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails straight away.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to show you the information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to emails whenever you like. If you are in the UK and are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
